Our Policy Refunds or exchanges If you are not satisfied with your goods, Noel Wells Melbourne will gladly exchange garments that do not fit for another size or refund mail order purchases providing they are in their original condition. If return is approved we will supply an approval number. Merchandise must be returned to Noel Wells Melbourne within 14 days of receipt of goods, along with your receipt as proof of purchase and the approval number we have allotted you. Merchandise must be returned by registered mail, please allow 7-10 working days for your account to be credited.
